Where can I see my bonus and amount to be wagered?

1. In the Bonuses section you can see all the bonuses:

  • that are offered to you directly or by bonus code redemption;
  • the one which is ready to be wagered first – marked as Active;
  • other activated bonuses – marked as In Queue.

2. In the Balance section (at the top of the home page) you can see:

  • your active bonus;
  • the amount left to meet the wagering requirements (Wagering);
  • in the Details all activated bonuses are displayed.

 

3. In the Cashier section you can see all the bonuses offered to you, but only when one of the payment methods is already chosen.

How can I activate my bonus?

There are two ways:

1. When you have been provided with a bonus code. See more in How to redeem bonus code section.

 

2. In case the bonus appears in the Bonuses section, you need just to click the Claim button. If there is a no deposit bonus, you will see it at once here in the Bonuses marked as Active or In Queue. And as for deposit bonus, you will get to the Cashier to redeem it with deposit specified in the bonus details.

Wagering requirements

Wagering (playthrough, rollover) requirements primarily specify the coefficient by which the initial bonus amount and/or free spins winnings must be multiplied to determine the total amount of bets required to qualify for withdrawal of bonus funds and the winnings associated with those funds.

For example, your bonus is 50 CAD/EUR with an applicable wagering requirements of 30xB, therefore you need to bet the total amount of 1,500 CAD/EUR (50 x 30) before qualifying for withdrawal of the bonus and winnings derived from the bonus funds, but up to the max cash out limit that corresponds to the deposit you have made.

There is one more wagering requirement – max bet while wagering. Usually it is equal to C$/€ 5.

What should be done to pass verification?

4. To verify your deposit and payment method, upload:

  • If using online banking: screenshot of the financial transaction.
  • For Interac: screenshot of the profile page on Interac with your address visible.
